Our 3D EPS wire mesh panel technology integrates galvanized 3D EPS wire mesh panel components to enhance the durability and longevity of concrete structures. These panels comply with National Standard JGJ / T 269-2012, ensuring high structural integrity.
Light duty steel mesh framed expanded polystyrene panel is applied to design and construction of which load-bearing wall component and floor board members for seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees or less, building of 10m or less, floor number of 3 floors or less.

The steel wire mesh of 3D EPS plate and galvanized steel wire for inserting is adopt low carbon steel wire, and the standard value of tensil strength(fstk) is not less 550N/sqmm, the design of tensil strength(fy) is around 320N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity(Es) should adopt 2.0 * 105N/sqmm.
The wire diameter of 3D EPS plate steel wire mesh is not less than 2.2mm,the mesh size is 50x50mm. All steel wires conform to the General Purpose Low Carbon Steel Wire GB/T 343 standard, ensuring reliability in wire mesh for walls and concrete wire mesh applications.
Be used for galvanized steel wire for inserting inclined of conrete wall reinforced with 3D panel and concrete floor/roof slab reinforced with 3D panel,per square meter quantity is not less than 117pieces; Be used for galvanized for inserting inclined of non-bearing-loading wall, per square meter is not less than 58 pieces, also conform to below technical data sheet.

The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Mesh undergoes a rigorous reverse bending test, ensuring flexibility and durability in wire mesh concrete wall installations.
Note:Reverse bending test is the number of reversed bending 180 degrees.
The steel wire of 3D EPS steel wire mesh panel surface should be smooth and neat, it couldn'n have defects such as greasy dirt, rack, decrustation, longitudinal pull marks etc. The array of warp wire and weft wire should be vertical. It couldn't be rust outside the welding spot.

1. The L type connertor is made of hot dipped galvanized steel plate whose thickness is 1.2mm and wing width is L100x100mm
2. Plain steel wire mesh is cut from steel wire mesh whose width is equal or more than 300mm.
3. Corner mesh is cut from whole steel wire mesh, then bended to be L type corner mesh. there is two different size as L150mm x300mm and L150mm x150mm, and the length is not more than 4m.
4.U type mesh is made of steel wire mesh. the two legs length is not less than 150mm, and the width of two legs shall be confirmed according to thinkness of 3D EPS steel wire mesh panel.
